This gathering will offer essential insights and practical guidance for: - Pastors and ministry leaders seeking to strengthen their church’s safety culture - Women’s Missionary Union (WMU) and Women’s Ministry Leaders dedicated to caring for and protecting women and families - Associational Mission Strategists (AMS) and associational leaders building accountability and support structures for churches - University and Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM) leaders shaping campus ministries with integrity and safety This training will help guide you in how to: - realize the impact of trauma on the children in your ministry - recognize behaviors and indicators that children in your ministry are going through trauma - respond to the needs of the children you serve who might need accommodations and create a compassionate environment for all children and volunteers of all backgrounds.
