Board Practices that Protect Ministries Webinar

Description

Boards are called to protect their ministries from issues like leadership failure and child/client abuse. This session offers practical steps to attendees for strengthening their board to better guard the ministries untrusted to them. 

Outcomes: 

1. Grow in understanding the unique authority entrusted to boards to guard and protect their ministries
2. Evaluate systems of accountability for governing boards and executive leadership and
3. Identify effective strategies for conflict resolution that strengthen the board as a cohesive team.

Each attendee will recieve a copy of The Council by Gary Hoag, Wesley Willmer, and Gregory Henson published by ECFA. What does the Bible say about board governance? This often-asked question has puzzled board members for decades. The Council answers this question by starting with the Scriptures and ending with the Scriptures.
